Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order by contacting us at info@qalbicouture.com.
  • Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

We offer refunds only in cases where:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing videos and clear photos as proof.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or sale items are non-refundable.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you wish to exchange, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
